helping and working One on One with my clients to set bold Health and
Fitness goals and motivate them to achieve them. I like to lead and
work with them as a partner every step of the way”
After many
years working in the corporate world, Belinda decided to pursue her
passion in the Health and Fitness Industry. After studying Sports
Nutrition and qualifying at the NZ College of Fitness, Belinda is a
Registered Exercise Professional and qualified Gym Trainer, Personal
Trainer and Executive Trainer. Belinda has herself completed triathlons
and 2 half marathons and continues to challenge herself with regular events.
Being a mother and working full time, Belinda knows the stress
everyday life causes, the effects it can have on individuals and the
effort it takes to fit your exercise regime and training into a busy
day.
“I expect my clients to be committed and to challenge
themselves in their goal setting and for those that need encouragement
I offer 100%. People train with me because they expect and get a
result, which is what I focus on. I give them variety,( I don’t like
boring!) helping them set individual goals, tailoring programmes for
each individual’s personality, body type and fitness level and
encouraging a holistic approach to fitness training…which in turn gets
the results. Helping people…..that is my passion.”
